Try uninstalling the drivers for the tablet and then restarting the system (keep the tablet unplugged), next reinstall the drivers while keeping the tablet. I tried the 'Configuelre Krita' thing too, and it doesnt seem like anything I change in the curve affects the pen pressure. The pen works fine in the sketching app the comes with the surface pro, but it wont work in Krita. The original Surface Pro was released in 2013 and it took Microsoft eight years to finally fixed the diagonal line jitter/wobble issue with the Surface Pen. I eventually found many things suggesting to install a wintab driver that you can find on the microsoft surface pro 4 driver downloads page. Note that because neither N-Trigs driver or SAI provide pressure curve tools, you might have a bit of issues with the SP3s default pressure curve. Drawing performance of the latest model has improved significantly. Initially, Krita entirely ignored pressure sensitivity. However, if yours is working fine, its possible to get pen pressure working by installing N-Trigs WinTab driver from here (accompanying news post on SurfaceProArtist here). This is the third pen display I’ve tested after Yiynova’s MVP-22U (v2) and Monoprice’s Interactive Pen Display (which is functionally the same as Huion’s earlier model, the GT-190). My issues with the Monoprice are well documented but mainly had to do with its inferior TFT display. The Yiynova is a much better device, but aesthetic and build quality issues leave a lot to be desired. ![]()
